I am Hetvi Babariya, a passionate yogi who embarked on a transformative journey in the world of yoga in 2018 when I started my Bachelor of Science in "YOGA." My story is one of determination, overcoming challenges, and finding true healing through the practice of yoga.
In the past, I faced a daunting obstacle in the form of "Nephrotic Syndrome," a disease that impacted my health and led to significant weight gain. I turned to yoga for weight loss during my 10th class, but a misguided instructor discouraged me, claiming that my illness would hinder me from performing yoga exercises. Despite this setback, I chose to continue my studies and completed my education.
As time passed, I observed the toll my illness was taking on my daily life - the lethargy, laziness, and heaviness in my body were constant companions. However, instead of letting my condition define me, I decided to take matters into my own hands. After 12th grade, I made a resolute decision to pursue a B.Sc. in yoga, and this marked a turning point in my life.
During my yogic studies, I witnessed remarkable changes in my body and behavior. Yoga, with its holistic approach, not only nurtured my physical well-being but also instilled a profound sense of mindfulness and mental clarity within me. It was through this ancient practice that I found the path to healing from within.
Against all odds and the negative words of that previous instructor, I harnessed the power of strong will and determination to use yoga as a tool for my own healing journey. Slowly but surely, I saw my disease recede, and I became a living testament to the transformative potential of yoga.
My experiences inspired me to share the gift of yoga with others and guide them on their own paths to well-being. I recognized the significance of choosing the right yoga trainer and decided to equip myself with the right knowledge so that I could help others make informed choices on their yoga journey.
Today, I stand as a living testament to the life-changing opportunities that yoga presents. It has not only brought happiness and calmness into my life but also rekindled my sense of purpose. I want to extend the same transformative experience to all of you.
With a heart full of gratitude for the healing powers of yoga, I am committed to sharing my knowledge and experiences with others. I offer pranayama and yoga sessions at an affordable cost, creating a space where you can start your own journey towards a healthy and balanced life.
